Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Joey Feldman artwork and editions.

Processing Time
Orders generally ship within 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that certain items including pre-orders, original artwork, hand-embellished editions, Daily Sketches, and special releases may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping windows will be listed in the product description when applicable.

During major annual events and sales including Feldmanfest, Black Feldman Friday, or other high-volume releases, processing and fulfillment times may be extended due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and will always work to get your artwork packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size, destination, and product type.

Original artwork, prints, and oversized items may ship separately.

PO Boxes / APO Addresses
Orders shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses will be sent via USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Tracking information will still be provided.

Tracking Your Order
Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive tracking information by email. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of shipment, please contact:

Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address?

Please email: gallerymanager@joeyfeldman.com with:

Subject: Address Change Request

Include:

  • Order number
  • Name used on order
  • New shipping address

Requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and item so we can assist.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
