Mosquito Rojo started as a raw pen-and-ink drawing—one of those pieces that just wouldn’t leave me alone. It went on to live a second life as a t-shirt for a very popular rock band, reaching far beyond the studio walls. Now, for the first time, it’s been pulled off the page and brought into the real world as a fully realized 3D collectible.
This piece holds onto that original energy—aggressive, uneasy, a little beautiful, a little dangerous. The red hits hard against the black, like a warning you ignore anyway.
Each sculpture is a limited edition of 18, individually produced and finished, sitting on a custom base and signed and number on the bottom by the artist.
